Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace windows and doors in various residential and commercial settings.
• Measure, cut, and frame openings to accommodate new windows and doors.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment to ensure superior workmanship on all projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, always maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Conduct on-site assessments and prepare for installation tasks accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency with a diverse range of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift and handle objects weighing over 75 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for teamwork.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality work.
• Previous experience in construction, particularly with windows and doors.
• Reliable transportation for daily commute to the office.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
