Job Title: Registered Architect 

Direct Hire: $90k-$120k BOE + Bonus opportunities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Express Employment Professionals are seeking a Licensed Architect on behalf of a local client. Our client is a prominent architectural firm committed to designing Florida’s community spaces, public safety facilities, commercial developments, and hospitality venues. With a focus on integrating functionality, neighborhood aesthetics, and financial and site constraints, they create award-winning architecture. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare proposals, architectural designs, and detailed construction documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide construction administration and ensure adherence to design specifications during project execution.
• Work collaboratively with a team of architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design success and client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as an Architect in the state of Florida with at least 4 years of post-licensure experience.
• Strong skills in architectural design and project management.
• REVIT proficiency with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in creating construction drawings.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Architecture License (Required)
• Commercial and municipal architecture experience preferred.
• LEED certification is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must have prior Florida experience.
• Must be driven, motivated, and capable of taking initiative.

Compensation Package:

• Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, BOE+ Bonus opportunities.
