Position: Full-Time Residential Service Plumber
Pay: $50,000 – $100,000+ annually (based on experience) + Overtime + End-of-Year Bonus

Express Employment Professional is looking for an experienced residential service tech/plumber for one of our clients in Port St. Lucie and throughout St. Lucie County. MUST HAVE 5 YEARS SERVICE TECH EXPERIENCE.

Job Responsibilities

• Service, repair, replace, and install: Faucets, toilets, disposals, drains, leak repairs, water heaters (tank & tankless), and water filtration systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and offer repair/replacement options with confidence and professionalism
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and provide positive customer experience
• Keep your truck clean, stocked, and organized
• Collaborate closely with dispatch and customer service teams
• Maintain safety standards on job sites and during transit
• Mentor apprentices and contribute to a learning-focused environment
• Follow company policies, code of ethics, and team standards

Experience required

• 5+ years of experience in residential plumbing service
• Proven diagnostic and repair skills
• Sales experience or training through SGI, PSI, Nexstar, or Contractors 2000 is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-driven
• Must have own hand and power tools
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years)
