Commercial Roofing Superintendent
Location: Fort Pierce
Compensation: $65,000+BOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead and manage roofing projects from start to finish for one of our St Lucie County clients. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects, including scheduling, material management, and on-site supervision.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage and supervise roofing crews, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and building codes.
• Communicate regularly with customers to address questions, concerns, and updates throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, time tracking, and material usage.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with expertise in systems such as TPO, EPDM, metal roofing, and modified bitumen.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to jobsite safety.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency in computer programs and project management tools is a plus.
