J Conroy Construction is hiring a full time administrative assistant to assist in the day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced office. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, a multi-tasker, familiar with residential construction, with an upbeat personality, and looking to grow with our family-owned company. Knowledgeable in excel, google drive, and QuickBooks is preferred If interested.


Responsibilities
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Provide administrative support to office staff, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic spreadsheet tasks.
- Support office management with tasks related to residential construction projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift (in person)
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
